Nous expédions nos produits vers les destinations suivantes :

2. DÉLAIS DE TRAITEMENT
Les commandes sont traitées sous 1 à 3 jours ouvrables après confirmation du paiement. Vous recevrez un email de confirmation avec un numéro de suivi dès l'expédition de votre colis.
3. MODES ET DÉLAIS DE LIVRAISON
France métropolitaine :
- Livraison Standard : 3 à 5 jours ouvrables
Union européenne :
- Livraison Standard Internationale : 5 à 10 jours ouvrables
International :
- Livraison Standard Internationale : 7 à 15 jours ouvrables
Les délais indiqués sont donnés à titre indicatif et peuvent varier selon la destination et les conditions de transport.
4. FRAIS D'EXPÉDITION
Les frais d'expédition sont calculés automatiquement lors de la validation de votre panier en fonction de votre adresse de livraison et du mode d'expédition choisi. Le montant total incluant les frais de port vous sera indiqué avant la finalisation de votre commande.
5. SUIVI DE COMMANDE
Un numéro de suivi vous sera communiqué par email dès l'expédition de votre colis. Vous pourrez suivre l'acheminement de votre commande en temps réel.
6. LIVRAISON
La livraison s'effectue à l'adresse indiquée lors de la commande. Il est important de vérifier l'exactitude de vos coordonnées. VOID_ ne pourra être tenu responsable en cas d'erreur dans l'adresse de livraison fournie par le client.
En cas d'absence lors de la livraison, un avis de passage sera déposé vous indiquant la marche à suivre pour récupérer votre colis.
7. PROBLÈMES DE LIVRAISON

Pour les livraisons hors Union européenne, des frais de douane et taxes locales peuvent s'appliquer. Ces frais sont à la charge du destinataire et ne sont pas inclus dans le prix de la commande.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns You have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return it and place a new order separately.
EU Right of Withdrawal EU customers have 14 days from the last delivery date to cancel or return their order without justification. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The item price and original standard shipping fees will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
